About Adaptive Yoga and Embodiment
Adaptive Yoga and Embodiment invites practitioners at all levels of experience to explore movement practice through a gradient approach. This practice is suitable for all bodies, fosters physical awareness, and aids in injury prevention and recuperation. We welcome you to try classes one by one or as a progressive series.

Praise for Adaptive Yoga and Embodiment
Sara has a breadth of body knowledge that comes from years of experience that goes beyond most body practitioners and instructors. Combine this with her spirit and her full dedication to adaptive yoga practices and you have yourself someone that can guide you to exactly where you need to be, each time. I have been waiting a long time for someone who can guide me through yoga practice safely and with grace.
I hate yoga. I’m not flexible and the classes generally move so fast that by the time I figure out the pose, we’ve moved on to something else. Not this class. Sara is an incredible instructor. She takes time to show the moves, offers alternative poses, and creates an opportunity to check in with your body limitations at that moment and adjust accordingly. Thank you, Sara! I’ll be back.
